Do canvases require a frame?
Generally speaking, paper prints need a frame and a glass plate for hanging and preservation. This includes giclée prints, original prints, and photo prints. Our canvas prints, however, are beautiful enough by themselves and ready to hang on your wall.
Why choose an unfraimed canvas?
There are two main choices for stretched canvas pictures: A traditional picture frame and a floater, or box frame. As the name suggests, traditional frames are more classic in appearance, while a floater frame gives the canvas a modern look. Unframed canvases, however, perfectly fit in to the latest decor trends. The reasons why they're so popular may be that they, hanging from a blank wall, have a modern look and make the art the center of attention.
The frames that can be ordered with a canvas come in three colors and can be used as a traditional frame, or, when reversed, as a floating (box) frame.
